Room Rates & Extra Charges:
Please note, our room rates are based on 2-person occupancy, and there is an extra $20 charge for each extra guest (Children under 4 are free) and a $25 charge to add a cot. A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
 
Standard Cancellation Policy:
We require guests to give 14 days’ cancellation notice for reservations between June 1 and October 1, and 7 days’ cancellation notice for reservations between October 2 and May 31, to avoid any charges. Reservations of 4 nights or more require 30 days’ cancellation notice. Failure to cancel a reservation within the required notice period will result in a charge for either the length of the reservation or 3 nights’ worth, whichever is less. No refund for early check-outs. No refund for no-shows. To cancel a room reservation, written notice must be provided via email. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone or through any other method. Please ensure your cancellation email includes your full name, reservation number, and the dates of the stay. The cancellation is only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgement from our team.
 
Group Booking Policy:
Cancellation of group bookings of 3 rooms or more must be made at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the scheduled check-in date, regardless of the time of year, to avoid any cancellation charges. Any changes to the group booking, including reducing the number of rooms or duration of stay, must also be communicated at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the check-in date.

Room Features & Amenities:
 Each room features comfortable bedding, private bathrooms, free WIFI, and access to all services & amenities. We offer complimentary coffee and tea (available all day, located in the common area). You will also have access to an Ice-maker, Fridge, Coffee machine, Microwave oven and Toaster.
 
Property Policies:
To ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly maintain a pet-free policy. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our property is a smoke-free zone. Ask about our government, corporate, and group rates.
 
Check-In & Late Arrival:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and the office is open until 9:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, a $70 late check-in fee will apply.
 
Travel Disruptions & Responsibility:
Should unforeseen circumstances - such as cancelled flights or sailing affecting your travel plans, guests are required to contact their insurance provider to process any cancellation claims or refunds related to travel disruptions. Bella Coola Eagle Lodge will not be responsible for cancellations resulting from such external events.
 
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed within 7-10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for bookings.
