Together, hosts Jennifer and James Taylor have 37 years experience in the hospitality industry. Jennifer is a long time resident of Bella Coola and is well known for her expertise as a Chef and Pastry Chef.
West Coast Dining specializes in half smoked salmon and Bella Coola jumbo prawns harvested fresh from the pristine glacier fed waters of the Bella Coola inlet, processed daily by Bella Coola Seafoods.
Choose from an array of tantalizing appetizers and entrée’s, Jennifer’s renowned freshly baked pastries and delectable desserts, all prepared daily by Jennifer and James.
