After July 1, 2010, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST 12%) takes effect, replacing the GST and HST, reducing the over all tax.


Rates for the whole lodge

Group Rates:  Reserve the lodge for your exclusive use.  Rates for private bookings reflect an approximate 25% discount off the retail rate.  As an example - Based on 13 people in a group, the following per night rates could apply.
High Season:  $721/night + $36.06 + $57.70 = $814.98/night (a savings of $257.28/night)
Low Season:  $477.14/per night + $23.86 + $38.17 = $539.17/night (a savings of $170.21/night)


Please Note:

  • In-room fridge available on request.
  • In-room satellite TV, DVD/VCR available upon request.
  • Please remember to add GST (5%) and Hotel Tax (8%) to the room rates, and GST only to the meal rates.
  • Maximum lodge capacity is 17 - 20 if all queen and double beds are used by a couple, 12 - 15 if everyone needs their own bed but don't mind sharing a room; Max. Capacity numbers allow the use of up to two cots.
  • Additional person: Add $15 per night in High Season, $10 per night in Low Season

Enjoy a Country Breakfast of lean turkey bacon & eggs any style, added to the Executive Breakfast buffet.

Packed in your own lunch box or an insulated picnic hamper supplied by us for the day. Up to three sandwiches; baked goods may include cookies, sticky bun, pie or cake; choice of fresh fruit; coffee, tea, water or juice.

Entrée may include barbecued steak, fresh local salmon or halibut, roast beef, baked chicken seasoned with herbs, or a rich meat loaf; salad; two vegetables; a starch which may be boiled new potatoes or baked potato served with salted butter and sour cream, rice pilaf made with brown and wild rice, or noodles parmesan; and dessert which may be a strawberry shortcake, lemon cream cheese cake, or a simple jellied snow.

Please Note:

  • Bella Coola's Eagle Lodge has a private dining room serving our guests, or guests of our guests such as business dinners
  • All meal rates add (GST) 5%
  • A Breakfast Buffet will be served from 7 to 9 a.m. Guests leaving to catch the ferry prior to 7 a.m. are invited to purchase a morning coffee and muffin at the Coffee Shop at the Ferry marshalling grounds as they wait to be loaded onto the ship
  • Complementary coffee and tea are available at the Coffee Bar in the dining room from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and guests are welcome to enjoy in the main lounge or take to their rooms
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for lunches and dinners
  • Dinner ( for groups of four or more, by reservation) is served at 6 p.m
  • We strive to accommodate the most common dietary preferences and restrictions including Celiac, Diabetic, and Vegetarian. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the absence of Wheat from any of our meals.

Cancellation Policy:

One to four guests during the high season (May 1st to September 30th):

  • With less than 60 days but more than seven days notice - 20% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is least.
  • With seven days notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.

One to four guests during the low season (October 1st to April 30th):

  • With less than seven days but more than 48 hours notice - 20% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is least to cover the costs for administration.
  • With 48 hours notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.

Small groups of five or more guests (May 1st to September 30th):

  • With less than 60 days but more than 31 days notice - 10% of the value of the booking or one night, which ever is the least to cover the costs for administration.
  • With 30 days notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.

Small groups of five or more guests (October 1st to April 30th):

  • With less than 30 days notice but more than 48 hours notice - 10% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is the least to cover the costs for administration.
  • With 48 hours notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.
