- Children under 6 are free.
- Prices do not include HST.
- Add $15 per night in high season, and $10 per night in low season. Add $10 per night for a cot.
Cancellation Policy
One to four guests during the high season- With less than 60 days but more than seven days notice - 20% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is least.
- With seven days notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.
One to four guests during the low season
- With less than seven days but more than 48 hours notice - 20% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is least to cover the costs for administration.
- With 48 hours notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.
Small groups of five or more guests during the high season
- With less than 60 days but more than 31 days notice - 10% of the value of the booking or one night, which ever is the least to cover the costs for administration.
- With 30 days notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.
Small groups of five or more guests during the low season
- With less than 30 days notice but more than 48 hours notice - 10% of the value of the booking or one night, whichever is the least to cover the costs for administration.
- With 48 hours notice or less - 100% of the value of the booking minus any rooms we have been able to fill.
